Michael, Owner & CLO of Realty One Group Restore, and President/CEO of Kingdom Coaching LLC, a business that focuses on developing leaders, teaching entrepreneurship, and promoting personal growth. His strong background in leadership, business, and training strategies allows him to support his agents as business owners. These business strengths have catapulted his Real Estate Brokerage to include 5 locations employing over 220 real estate professionals, and has earned him a solid stake in market share in the South-Eastern Pennsylvania Area.

Michael currently serves as a member of the 2026 National Association of Realtors Board of Directors and Pennsylvania Association of Realtors Board of Directors. In 2025, Michael Chaired the Diversity and Inclusion committee for the State Association as well and he served as 2025 Chairman within his local Association of Realtors at Tri-County Suburban Realtors. 

Michael is also involved & serves on the Board at his church Victory Church in Audubon, PA, often leading life groups on leadership & personal growth & other topics!

Michael is a certified Leadership Coach, Speaker, and Trainer with The Maxwell Leadership Team since 2017.  Michael established Kingdom Coaching LLC in 2020. Michael has focuses on Leadership, Personal, Growth, Business Building, and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion. He has developed multiple Personal Growth and Business Building Curriculums to help every agent achieve their goals and achieve personal growth. With one focus being Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, Michael is licensed to teach signature classes including Empowered Living's "Everyone at the Table", which helps people become more effective leaders both personally and professionally.
