In 2017, Michael joined The Maxwell Leadership Team, where he became a certified Leadership Coach, Speaker, and Trainer. In 2020, he founded Kingdom Coaching LLC, creating multiple business-building curricula to empower people to achieve their goals and personal growth through effective leadership grounded in timeless wisdom inspired by scriptural principles. Michael served as the Chairman in 2025 for Tri-County Suburban Realtors, the largest association in the State of PA. He also serves as a voting member of the 2026 Pennsylvania Association of Realtors Board of Directors.
