A dynamic leader with a remarkable track record in Southeastern PA. As the Owner/Broker of Realty One Group Restore, he leads a thriving real estate brokerage with over 220 professionals. However, Michael's leadership extends far beyond the real estate sector. Michael is the President/CEO of Kingdom Coaching, a business dedicated to developing leaders, promoting entrepreneurship, and nurturing personal growth. He firmly believes that effective leadership is the cornerstone of business success.

In 2017, Michael joined The Maxwell Leadership Team, where he became a certified Leadership Coach, Speaker, and Trainer. In 2020, he founded Kingdom Coaching LLC, creating multiple business-building curricula to empower people to achieve their goals and personal growth through effective leadership grounded in timeless wisdom inspired by scriptural principles. Michael served as the Chairman in 2025 for Tri-County Suburban Realtors, the largest association in the State of PA. He also serves as a voting member of the 2026 Pennsylvania Association of Realtors Board of Directors.
